All missing or damaged items must be reported within ten days of receipt of package for full refund. Smile Line USA, Inc. offers a money back guarantee for the purchase price only. (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) Smile Line products that have not been used and are received back by Smile Line USA, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date will be refunded in full less shipping. If you are returning product that was ordered in error, you must ship the item back at your expense, please retain tracking information. If you are returning a product due to our error, we gladly will mail you a return label (call tag).
